Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within approximately 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, the actual delivery time will vary depending on your destination, shipping method and local delivery conditions.
From the time an order is placed to final delivery, the estimated total delivery time is generally between 1 day and 3 weeks, depending on the destination and shipping method.

- Shipped: Your order has been dispatched and has entered the delivery process.
- Processing: Your order is still being processed and has not yet been shipped.

2. Shipping Fees and Delivery Areas
Gipht offers different shipping methods and carriers depending on the destination.
Zone 1|Mainland China
Delivery Area: Non‑remote areas within Mainland China
Orders will be delivered by Deppon Express (德邦快递) after shipment.
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
Zone 2|Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore & Italy
Delivery Area: Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and all of Italy
Orders will be delivered by GLS or DHL, depending on the specific order and destination.
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
Zone 3|Southeast Asia, Japan & South Korea
Delivery Area: Southeast Asia excluding Singapore, Japan and South Korea
Orders will be delivered by SF Express (顺丰速运) after shipment.
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
Zone 4|North America, Australia & Other European Destinations
Delivery Area: North America, Australia and other European destinations
Orders will be delivered by DHL or UPS, depending on the specific order and destination.
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
